Career History

2005		Goodwood Festival of Speed. Reunited with the BTCC Nissan Primera, Anthony set the second fastest time on the hill climb of 51.22 seconds only being beaten by the Le Mans Jaguar XJR-12.
		Le Mans 24-Hour with Scuderia Ecosse Ferrari In Qualifying Anthony completed three flying laps with a best time of 4:13.237 which was to become the team’s best time. During the rave after putting in consistent lap times the car eventually retired at the hands of Anthony's team mate due to a delaminated tyre, leaving the car stranded on the circuit.
2004		Independent winner and BTCC Master British Touring Car Championship with West Surrey Racing (WSR) in the MG ZS.
2003		British Touring Car Championship with MG Sport and Racing, WSR run MG ZS.
2002		BTCC with MG Sport and Racing. WSR run MG ZR, 1 win, 2 pole positions. Fourth in Drivers’ Championship. First full year for the MG ZR, with the car being developed over the season until it was the class of the field at Brands Hatch in August – Anthony recording a win in the opening race.
		Le Mans 24-Hours with MG Sport and Racing MG Lola EX257. Pole position in class. The rapid LMP 675 class MG Lola was the only car to be able to run with the dominant Audis during the race, Anthony and team-mates Warren Hughes and Jonny Kane running as high as third before retiring with a gearbox problem.
2001		Part Season in the BTCC with MG Sport and Racing. Developed new MG ZR Touring Car prior to racing in the final three meetings of the season, taking MG’s debut win at Brands Hatch.
		Le Mans 24-Hours with MG Sport and Racing MG Lola EX257. Pole position in class.
2000		BTCC with Ford, Prodrive run Super Touring spec. Ford Mondeo. Second in championship, 2 wins, 2 pole positions. Strong season with developed Mondeo, missed out on championship by two points.
1999		BTCC with Ford, Prodrive run Super Touring spec. Ford Mondeo. Development year with Prodrive run Mondeo
1998		BTCC with RML Nissan Primera. Second in championship with seven wins and eleven pole positions.
1997		BTCC with RML Nissan Primera. 1 win, 1 pole position.
		24-Hour test at Mugello in Nissan R390 GT1 Le Mans racer.
		Daytona 24-Hours – Lister Storm, led until car retired with mechanical problems.
1996		German Touring Car Championship with Nissan Racing run Nissan Primera. Winner of Fuji Intertec Race in a Nissan Primera.
		Le Mans 24hrs - Lister Storm.
		Japanese GT Championship with Taisan - Porsche 911 GT2 and Ferrari F40.
1995		Japanese Touring Car Championship with Opel, HKS run Opel Vectra. Three wins and two pole positions.
		Japanese GT Championship with the Taisan team, running a Porsche 911 GT2 and also a Ferrari F40.
1994		Japanese Touring Car Championship with HKS run Vauxhall Cavalier. Four wins and four pole positions.
		Japanese GT Championship with Taisan - Porsche 962 and Ferrari F40. One win and three pole positions.
1993		Japanese Formula Three Championship with Opel. Four wins and four pole positions.

		Japanese Touring Cars in a Group A BMW M3. Third in championship.
1992		Japanese Formula Three Championship with Tomeisport/FamilyMart run Ralt RT35/Mugen. Champion – 5 wins, 3 pole positions, 2 lap records, beat Jacque Villeneuve into second.
